"- No private spa/bath as advertised - No check in at the reception desk, online only. - Bed did not look properly made and the bottom frame was exposed (pic attached) - No luggage stand or place to put a suitcase off the ground. - Bathroom was clean - Views over Albert Park were great."

"We had a great time at the resort. The accommodation was clean, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The staff were all helpful and kind. The pool is sweet with a little beach entry. My son found it a little young for him (age 11) as there were so many younger kids but may have been the time of year we visited. He was a big fan of the free arcade! We visited main beach daily, about a 5 minute drive. There isn't much to walk to but we had a car and they do offer a free shuttle. "

I replied that I needed parking and this was clearly stated (free parking) on the ad . I received no communication back on the issue . On arriving at site I was given access to parking without issue but it had created concern as I could not park my vehicle a Ute on the street with equipment in the back unsecured. "Lovely spacious apartment and super clean. Bed was very soft, like sleeping on a cloud! Amenities in the apartment were well provided. The only negative was that late check in was a little difficult as a link to pre check in went missing and the details weren’t provided until later than stated. But once they arrived all was very clear. And the gym needs some new kit - the weights available are sparse and random (although the view is amazing)"
