"Very central as I travel from the country per Vline..Front desk staff always pleasant and professional. I do have an issue from a few years ago regarding an item I know for a fact i left in the room but was never handed in .Anyway l have let it go.! Have stayed at the Atlantis often and intend to to continue to do so. Price of room reasonable also."

"Smooth check in and out, very friendly front desk staff! Room was clean but lacking in amenities, you need to call housekeeping to get toothbrushes and toothpaste. One thing that makes me furious is that ,they tried to charge my bank account for minibar consuming, but I didn’t consume any of it. I called the front desk after I got notification from my bank, the staff who answered the phone was helpful, but hopefully she will pass my issue to account department to fix the bill. The hotel should provide a list of minibar items and quantities for the guests to check if there’s any missing to avoid inaccurate charges."

"All the staff we met were extremely gracious and helpful. The room was a very good size with a huge bathroom. I don’t know if perhaps our room was an accessible one (which we did not require) but the sink was very low. Nice selection on the breakfast buffet which seems to cater for most if not all. My only issue with the buffet was that there was only one person making the omelettes and the line was very long. Too long to wait while your toast and coffee get cold, so I moved on to the poached eggs. No wait there."
