" I sent a email and left a voicemail message confirming late arrival to no avail. We did eventually get in by calling the emergency number. The room was OK, very noisy because of the Iron Man commentator on a microphone over all of Summerstrand but expect that’s a one-off. Breakfast was confused and non-communicative. "The welcome was good (the staff are lovely) and the room clean, spacious, comfortable and with plenty of facilities. There’s a lovely rooftop terrace, with cushions and blankets to borrow, if needed and a honesty system for drinks. They made arrangements for our dietary requirements. Located close to the beach in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Would definitely stay there again"

"The whole environment is clean and security is good but the room smells bad.had to deodorise before sleeping for my entire stay. Also,the bathroom shower curtain is horrible,it wraps your body when bathing and its very irritating...besides these two problems,i cant complain about the rest."
