"Everything was amazing except for our room was located directly above the gym that is open 24 seven and we heard pounding all throughout the night all throughout the day from the weights and the resort was full capacity so we weren’t able to switch rooms so we did not get much sleep the five days we were there. "Overall the property was fantastic with everything you need within walking distance. I booked 2 rooms with ocean views and feel like I was cheated out on that. Both rooms had a slight view of the ocean but more view of Diamond head and the surrounding city than ocean. When we walked in one room for the first time there was a terrible sour like smell. I notified housekeeping and they came to spray air freshener which took the smell away for a few hours, but it came back for my entire stay. "

"The property location is the best, next to the beach, have two restaurants, is in the front of International Marketplace and the front street pass the buses! About clean needed more with details, specially shower head, between tiles and the sink. The staff are very friendly and helpful! After check out (11 am), they hold our suitcases until 6 pm, that was great because our flight was at 10:20 pm.
If we will visit Honolulu again we will stay in this hotel! Mahalo! 🌺"
