"Bed so cozy…..beautiful windows with old wavy glass. Right on a Main Street. Antique shops and restaurants walking distance. Can see the lake from the front yard a block away. I have stayed with these awesome people many times and will do so many more times. Lovely huge front porch under the oak trees with porch swings and sofas….. I’m an introvert……..peace and quiet in my room….if I feel social I just step outside and take a walk to the lake and watch the sun set from a bench under the oak...

"We were very pleased with our room. Within walking distance to everything. Parking was a little annoying but at the time we arrived it was very busy. Very quiet but friendly neighborhood. "Helpful and friendly staff. Great with offering advice about dining and entertainment options. Held our bags for us on our last day so we could have one last New Orleans afternoon visiting the area and the WWII Museum before heading to the airport. Room was clean, historically attractive and yet also had modern updates and amenities to include a mini-fridge. Bathroom bright and roomy. "The property is in a truly old home, but they have done a great job to update it and make it comfortable. It has the feel of a hostel, but definitely higher quality than your average hostel. It's a great option for a place to lay your head that is clean and convenient. The porch is amazing is well. Everything works, showers were warm, and everything was clean. "
