"The room was pretty clean and staff were good. Very good variety for the free breakfast. Not much around the area but there are a few restaurants in walking distance. You will need transportation, whether car, taxi, Uber or Lyft from the hotel to the Bourbon Street, Canal and French Quarters area and it's about a 20min ride. There is a free airport shuttle to and from hotel."

"Nice hot breakfast every morning. Room was clean and comfortable; kitchenette was a plus. Hair dryer was broken I called the front desk and was given a new one in the box. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish there was free parking available at the property, and we knew in advance, but I guess most hotels you had to pay to park. overall, it was a nice stay."

"The hotel was extremely convenient to the cruise port with the best price hands down!! It was very clean. Valet parking was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. It seemed to be a safe area, within walking distance of several restaurants and downtown tourist areas and attractions. The downsides were only 1 operating elevator and it wasn’t in the best condition and difficult to operate using your room key. The shower head in the bathroom was in disrepair and didn’t have great water pressure....

"2nd year in a row we stayed at the Loews in New Orleans. Very convenient and excellent staff! Only thing is they charged me an EXTRA $54 for valet (which was VERY HIGH) and now I have to take time to call them and have them fix their mistake!"
