"Room was just gross!!! Hair all in the bathroom shower, mold, and dirt everywhere. Bedding was dirty and room smelled. Ask to be moved to another room which was cleaner however still not clean as it should be then found stains on the towels and bedding! I will NEVER stay at this location again, we always stay at Holiday Inn but now I am questioning our decision on that."

"This once very fine hotel is in a tragic state of disrepair. The revolving door into the opulent lobby was scraping and difficult to push. The lobby was hot and muggy with no, that is zero, AC. Bugs in the room apparently eating the furniture in the bathroom. Shower rod broken down. Carpet sticky. Beautifully appointed and sadly neglected."

"Cameron was incredibly sweet throughout the entire check-in process and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The customer service was exceptional from everyone we interacted with, from the front desk staff to housekeeping. The entire team went above and beyond and truly made our stay enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to extend the breakfast hours, but otherwise everything was wonderful."
