"Facilities and room are not clean. TV continuously on when a guest arrives in a room and no instructions to shut the TV off is torturous. Front desk staff unable to help locate TV on off button - all these culminate into a terrible experience with this hotel"

"The hotel was alien themed which added to the experience of being in Roswell. Original artwork. The room we stayed in had a smell of fresh paint but didn't take away from the room itself. The elevator and hallway were kinda dirty. The floors in the room were old as well. But everything else was good, the air conditioning worked well. Would stay again if visiting Roswell."

"This is my second time visiting and using Crown Point. I highly recommend them to friends and family for their Ruidoso getaway. The staff is sweet and understanding and if they can try to check you in sooner, they will, they’re communicative and responsive. I have never had an issue with my stays and housekeeping keeps things well stocked. The view is incredible! Can’t wait to go back!"

"They seem to have staffing issues. But...my, what a wonderful hotel. Great history or pop culture lessons posted in the hallways. A grand building with lovely furniture and wonderful staircases. We just took a simple room, which lacked chairs, no micro and no mini fridge. The hotel itself (with the bargain price) more than made up for this. Quiet part of town, little noticeable guest noise too. All in all, a wonderful find."

"Scammer hotel!!!!!!!!!! Worst experience ever! We booked this seven weeks in advance, and drove 11 hours, when we went to check-in, the lady simply told us that they canceled our reservation! I quickly looked on my Expedia app and found that they in fact did not cancel it, and that it was still showing availability to check in anytime starting at 2 PM. She gave no reason on why and I started getting frustrated so I asked to speak to a manager, she then said that the manager lives in India and was unable to help. We were supposed to have two nights there, she said she could get us in a room for one night, but they would have to cancel the second night again gave no reason why. As I’m starting to get frustrated I’m noticing they’re about a dozen people in the lobby on the phones, frantically trying to make other calls and plans, I found out that they were all having the exact same issues we were. They were not telling us anything. On top of that I called a week before just to make sure the pool was gonna be open and the lady I talked to you said yes when I got there, the pool was closed and disgusting, and the lady said that it had been closed for months! Then to make matters worse, six weeks later, we got charged AGAIN from this hotel! When I called the hotel to figure out what was going on, they said that we canceled our reservation and we were a no show. Seriously! Bank was able to flag BUT DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!. "
