"Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were good; however I requested an ADA room as my dad is in a wheelchair, and we got a standard room. I called ahead to confirm and booked the room online. mentioned it again at the front desk and was told that's all that was available. Very frustrating as I had to take my dad downstairs to use the hotel bathroom because he was unable to use the one in the room."

"We got in at 1:15AM and left by 11AM so we weren't here long. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room smelt a bit musty/moldy and the AC wasn't great. Otherwise, it was a nice place to lay your head for a night."

"The breakfast was small, The hallways were dirty. one of the rooms still had dog hair from someone that stayed there earlier. The hallway to the rooms was stinky. One of the people we rented the room for said he did not feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room. He kept shower shoes by his bed to walk to the bathroom."

"They did not clean my room"

"Exceptional, spacious handicapped room. Comfortable bed! Loved the personal touch of entering the room with two tv’s speaking a welcome message with our name on it about the hotel amenities."

"I expect a lot from Holiday Inn, and this facility on Santa Rosa did not disappoint. It was clean, convenient, and comfortable. We had a great night of sleep, and a nice breakfast in the morning."
