"Booked a room a week prior to arrival, Showed up only to find out they had over booked themselves and refused me a room. If you aren’t sophisticated enough now to manage in house bookings in addition to 2nd/3rd party platforms then remove your hotel from the additional platforms. After 30 min of fued, they finally granted me a lame double room, far cry from the executive king suite I booked, but at 10 pm…
The place is old, out dated, filthy and with all of the cracks in the concrete structure, not sure how the building is still standing never less up to code. You can see where mold has been painted over in lieu of mitigation. Save yourself and your health. Stay some where else. "
