"Upon arrival it appeared fine. We were greeted by a gentleman and he tried to assist which was fine but he didn’t know too much about hours of pool. Room was somewhat clean but VERY worn and dated. Kelly definitely is in need of TLC!! No clock in room, LACK OF OUTLETS, dated furniture. There was a phone but no pen/paper. Only 1 table between the two beds, another side table would have been appreciated for the other side of bed. Bathroom is dated, cracks in floor grout was loose and pieces...

"No complaints about the room, it was fine. However we arrived on a Friday evening and wanted to eat close by, so we stopped at the restaurant inside, next to the casino. The lady at the door told us it was a chef’s choice buffet, which sounded promising. Well…have you ever been to a church in the Midwest that has a potluck dinner after the service? This is what that was, if you missed the dinner but showed up the next afternoon, and they’d left everything open and out on the counter overnight....

"Rooms didn’t have a microwave so a little bit of an inconvenience, and Hot tub was lukewarm. No elevator, so getting up and down the stairs with everything was kind of a pain. However the staff was great and besides the hot tub, the pool area was nice. Rooms were nice and clean."
