"VERY disappointed with this hotel. Check-in was fine at the desk, but the hotel is generally in really bad disrepair. Wallpaper peeling everywhere in the halls, almost every room door we walked by was dented, like they had been hit with something. Paint scuffed and chipped off most every door facing. Only one working elevator for the whole hotel. Our room was very run down - stained carpet, holes in the fiberglass shower that had never been fixed. The shower curtain was torn. One overhead light in the room that was very dim and only one working light by the beds. The beds themselves were clean, we checked them THOROUGHLY, but they were very uncomfortable and lumpy. Our balcony room looked out on a pool that was drained and littered with trash. We didn’t not go to the lazy river, nor did we eat the continental breakfast. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again and will never recommend it. I would give this hotel a Zero if I could. DO NOT STAY HERE. "
