"At Hotel, the Staff and communications were excellent, online payment - Room Amenties, cleanliness and comfort was excellent. Hotel was being remodeled at the time of visit which left parking and normal access to building difficult to access. We were unfamiliar with the area and the one way streets ..."

Country Cascades Waterpark Resort
"We really enjoyed the stay but we were not a fan of the pool lights shining in our room until 11:00pm every night. Also the curtains in our room blocked the air conditioning from blowing into the room they need to be moved to a different spot."

Timber Ridge Lodge - Walking Distance from Downtown Gatlinburg
"You can walk to town, the shower handle was laying on the edge of the tub, had to affix it to the “spigot” in order to turn it on and off. Beds were comfortable"
