"The good: The common areas and location of the hotel were great, and the staff were also friendly and helpful. The coffee station in the AM was good and two drink tokens a nice touch. The bad: We had no A/C on a hot summer weekend. This was reported to the front desk and we were told it would be fixed, but it was not. The room temp was 78. The hallways and lobby were nice. "Room was clean. Temperature thruout hotel was cool and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. My husband said the "to order" breakfast was THE BEST breakfast in a hotel he has had and the price was very reasonable. We walked to Pearl street mall, 1.3 mile via Canyon, a safe walkway the entire way. The elevator was a little confusing coming back from a great little pool. The time on the QR code for pool hours said 7 am but when I got there, it was posted 8 am."

"Very fun theme and hangout area. The rooms were cute and we liked the blankets, but the walls were a little thin. It's very close to the downtown area and it was an easy walk to the Denver airport shuttle."

"Of course it was Boulder, CO so I had to pay a high price but I expected more value. The property was convieniently located and was basically kept clean. The problem is it is not well maintained for a facility of this stature. For example, the hand rails in the elevators were all loose and revealed that they were not properly installed. This sort of problem shows up in several areas of the room as well. The staff was helpful but always seemed to be somewhere else when you went to the front...

"The property was wonderful, safe, very quiet, and the staff were so friendly! Ending our day in the hot tub was so relaxing! Highly recommend!!"

"Our preferred Denver/Boulder location for easy access to both metro areas. Only problem we received was a miscommunication on booking (requested a mountain view, got an apartment complex view... ask for ODD number rooms for mountain view) and it took 2 days to get the in room refrigerator fixed/replaced that was non-functional and leaking."
