"I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system. Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there! "Location was good for me as I was only there for three nights and wanted to be close to the airport for an early flight when I left. They offer an excellent shuttle to and from the airport at no extra cost. They offer a free shuttle to a mall and a beach all through the daytime. "From start to finish our experience was perfect. The resort is has an air of island chic and decadent luxury. From the room, to the resort grounds, all of the facilities are pristine.
