"First time I’ve stayed here in a couple of years but it is definitely declining. Our shower floor was all chipped up, mismatched paint touch up areas within room, doors not aligning in bathroom or room as well as balcony which required you to have to slam doors to close them. This was not just our room we heard every time our neighbors opened and closed their doors. Had to sign a rules policy upon check in about not smoking or a fine, but so many people throughout the hotel smoking weed (our neighbors were one of them) we couldn’t tolerate enjoying our balcony. Asked for our room to be swept and floors cleaned upon arrival because they were nasty, we had not even been out to the beach and they said they would but no one ever did."

"Breakfast was great and the reception was nice. Good location and nice room over the pool and a view of the gulf. Did not appreciate having to pay to park - this should be included in the room price. Also paid a resort fee which I am not sure what that was for. Again, include it in the price. But, overall, Embassy Suites was very nice and our room had a good view of the Gulf. I did not realize this hotel was not beachside but the view was unobstructed. We would stay here again. Reception bartender was friendly as were the valet staff."

"The best things about the property were the beach and pool. We had a king room with pull out couch. First I noticed the floor was wet, but I thought maybe they had to clean the carpet. When it wasn’t dry by the next day, and our clothes and everything felt wet, I realized there was a problem. They brought in a dehumidifier and it read the room as having 92% humidity. I was able to get them to switch us to a different room. Both rooms the pull out couch was rusty, mattress sucked and I had to ask for linens for it. The ovens were also rusty. The kitchens are barely stocked, so don’t plan on using the oven unless you bring pots and pans. There were a few coffee cups and mugs, and about 2 each spoons, forks and butter knives. First bathroom shower rod was crooked so curtain would not stay closed. The free WiFi was terrible so if you have teens or need to work on your laptop, make other plans. We will not be staying here again. The staff was super nice and helpful though. The pool and hot tub were nice, and just a few steps and you’re on the white sand beach."

"El cuarto estaba bien. El techo tenia telarañas y tenia una mancha donde El agua se trasminaba del techo. El baño estaba con olor a pipi como que la tuberia necesita reparacion. Tambien considero que los huespedes necesitamos cuidar en fin todos somos diferentes."
