"The hotel lobby was clean, but the hallways, the bathroom floor in our room was not clean. Our sheets look like they had been slept in and there was makeup on the cover."

"Our room had NOT been cleaned! We got 2 rooms, they separated our rooms so my husband and I separated and he took 3 and I took 3 we all ended up in one room bc our rooms was so dirty! Front desk lady was helpful she took my photos and said she would request refund but none had been refunded"

"Absolutely will never stay here again. After driving from TN, we were ready to get checked in. They made us wait 20 mins before our room was ready. There is NO PARKING here. You have to park a block down the street across the road. Never ever stay here."

"The outside is perfect, however the room we stayed in has an odor. It’s a very old building. When we went to check in they charged us 69.00 for parking and I went through Expedia and all fees were advertised as paid when I booked so I was very disappointed with the false advertising."

"The staff was nice. Showers could use a little elbow grease. Beds were comfy. Overall not bad. Convenient location."

"Beautiful views from our 4th floor room. Lots of room in our room. Awesome shower. Water pressure was great. Went down and asked for sheets for the sleeper sofa. They were delivered fast. It is an old motel but we will definitely stay there again. Be prepared to park across the street if you leave to go out at night."

"I didnt like the idea that you had to pay for parking. Also the water stopped working for hours at a terrible time. It was just not a good experience."

"I was glad that I had clarified that I was on the beach side of the resort. Several times when I was in the lobby, there were upset guests checking in who thought they were beachside but were really across the street. Overall, the location is great. It is not a modern or well-kept resort but is practical (plastic upholstery on couches) and spacious. The closet was huge and there was a full kitchen. I did not expect daily housekeeping but we got it, which was great. The balcony was a plus....

"The room smelt of strong mildew, and the front door had clothes from the previous occupant strewn across it. I had to go to the front desk to ask them to clean it, but they did not. There is water constantly leaking above your head from the AC units, so everywhere just feels icky. However, they did have this nice patio facing the ocean, which was a great view. Parking was okay. Be very sure before you go there because you may not like what you get considering how much you paid."
