"To start the pool was closed for renovation and we were not aware at booking time. The toilet was cracked, tiles around bath tub were loose, tv stand was missing a chunk, some unknown substance on the curtains, stain on bathrub. Staff was ok to us, but rude to others. Breakfasts was cold. The hotel is in need of updating and repairs. The door lock to get in on the other side of hotel was broke, there was a middle door on the hotel that was always unlocked. And the doors to the rooms were beat up one door had a chunk out of it. Do not recommend and will not go again! Trying to file a claim with Expedia and the insurance I purchased has been a nightmare! "

"An older hotel that is probably due for a refresh. Easy to get to, sufficient parking. Checkin was good, staff was friendly. A small snack shop at the entrance. Plenty of seating to sit and visit with friends. The pool is average sized and heated enough to keep the chill off. The rooms are large, but only a small refrigerator and no microwave. Plenty of lights, but the bulbs were dim. TV had a bunch of channels, including HBO, which is unusual now. Also supports streaming services. The bathroom was large, but the shower valve whined the whole time you showered. HVAC kept the room warm/cool as needed and wasn't too loud. Breakfast in the morning was fine, the usual options and well maintained."

"Toilet wouldn’t flush, shower wouldn’t drain, valet was incredibly slow, front desk wasn’t very nice. The best part of the stay was the coffee shop and their employees. "

"Friendly and responsive staff, comfy beds, great breakfast options, quiet location that’s still conveniently located. The amenities really set this place apart. Hot tub, pool, sauna, fully-equipped workout room, guest laundry, 24 hour store. Our room had an apartment style living room separate from the bedroom which was fantastic for our 4-day family stay. I only wish there was a coffee maker in our room. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. "
