"Well why the front desk staff was nice when we first came and greeted us the pool was not available. The breakfast wasn't the best. The bacon was a little burnt and crumpled. The eggs were watery and the pancake maker was stuck on warming. The juice machine was out of order. Our room could use better cleaning the bathroom smell really bad like a plumbing issue.
