"A very charming and enjoyable hotel for our stay in New York. It's literally right off of Time's Square, which also means right on Broadway, the reason for our stay. It was in walking distance of all of the theatres and even other locations like the Museum of Modern Art. The staff was very courteous and helpful at all hours, no matter how early or late. I intend to stay here again on my next visit."

The staff was also very friendly. My only complaint is the view I had from my room. "Rooms are very small Image of the hotel is much bettrr than it actually is. The breakfast is minimal. For an extra toast I was charged 5.00 USD. Cappuchino instead of American coffee - extra charge. Lobby is very very small. cannot meet anybody there"

Nous avions une grande chambre avec deux lits doubles, une belle salle de bain ainsi qu’un coin cuisine avec cafetière et rosette, pratique pour commencer sa journée avec une petit café, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et la vaisselle nécessaire ! "The staff were amazing, attentive, polite and just wonderful. The room was clean, comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom and shower was great. And refreshing, especially since NYC was having a heat wave. Reception provided bottles or water, complimentary. The bar was fun, and service and food delicious. We had breakfast each morning and it was amazing. You must try the multigrain bread. Fabulous! Overall 5/5 and we will gladly stay here again on our next NYC trip."
