"Room was very clean and quiet. Staff were professional and friendly. Delta Restaurant was like an iceberg temperature wise at dinner. The Filet Mignon was also barely warm for one in our party. Other entrees were good. Breakfast in Delta was excellent the next morning. Musicians in the lobby bar area were outstanding! All in all, a very nice experience."

"We did not arrive until 11pm and the front desk clerk that checked us in was AMAZING!! She was so kind, friendly, welcoming, and funny!
The rooms were very nice and clean and the bathrooms were amazing! So big and roomy. The tub was a nice relaxation after driving all day.
I must say the employees of the hotel were top notch, but the employees for the store were less than desirable.
With as expensive as things are I was disappointed that the breakfast did not come with the room, but I would...

"There was a terrible smell in the room and black mold on the ceiling. There was a zyn pouch stuck to the ceiling. It smelled like marijuana all over the building. I’m certain there were drug deals happening in the lobby. The pool was beyond murky. The breakfast was terrible. We asked for an airport shuttle for the next morning at 9:30am and the night lady wrote it down and the next morning they had no record of our request and no shuttle driver till 3pm."

"The rooms were so disgusting. The floors were filthy with mystery liquid stains on the floors. I didn’t want to touch anything. The chair in the room had ripped fabric. The stairs leading into the room were dark, very dirty. I would have left if we could have but we were exhausted after a 13 hour drive. Yes it’s cheap but it wasn’t worth it. Spend a little more and go somewhere else."
