"I liked the valet service for parking but i did feel it was pricey to pay for actual parking there when you pay that amount of money for a room. Parking should be included in room fees. The staff was extremely helpful but a bit lacking on departure when needing assistance with luggage cart. Apparently this particular gentleman had forgotten my friend n i were sharing the cart so when she was dine with it and i tiok it from her, another guest felt i was skipping the line when in reality, i had talked to the same attendant when we got the cart to begin wuth. My friend was on a different floor than i was so she loaded up b went down and i went down on the next elevator to get the cart from her. It worked out. The other guest was fune once i explained i was already in line an hour before that. "

"We booked for one night to watch the Memphis grizzlies play got up to our room. You can tell the floors and stuff haven’t been really swept up into the elevator through the hallway, but once we got to the room, the room was clean needs a lot of updates the bed was rough definitely need a new one wasn’t the greatest night of sleep."

"I chose this hotel because of the reviews, proximity to the airport, and the shuttle. I didn’t realize that I was literally in the same parking lot as a nightclub, and when I asked about the shuttle, the front desk worker told me not to leave my car, that it was way too dangerous. They exterior doors all around the building were left unlocked and the beds were smaller than a double bed. Hot, stuffy, smelled awful. "
