"Nice experience booking a last minute stay that’s close to CLE airport. I arrived rather late anr night and was welcomed warmly by front desk staff and told to let them know if I needed anything. A very basic breakfast is available at any time for travelers, not just a few morning hours. The hotel was clean and bright. As a female traveling solo, it felt safe and secure. "The staff was super friendly (especially David!). My bed was also very comfortable, and the breakfast was good.
The room was outdated, and I noticed stains on the walls and crayon marks on my door. My blackout curtains did not cover the full window, so my room was filled with sunlight at 6:00 am. Unfortunately, the person above me was walking around for 20 minutes at 6:00 a.m., which was very annoying. Also, heard a lot of doors closing around 6:00 a.m. too.

"The room was NOT clean. There were bottles and random items under the bed from previous guests; there was a used towel hanging to dry in the bathroom; the bath mat was visibility dirty while folded over the tub; the tub was dirty; there was stains in the duvet....
It was in a safe neighborhood and near a lot shopping. I am sorely disappointed."

"The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and lovely to speak with as he checked me and my sibling in. I will say that I wish the sheets/blankets for the pullout bed had been cleaner. There were still stains that could have been cleaned better (ie a blood stain) but I had a blanket I brought with me so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Other than that it everything else was great."
