Clean! Location was amazing! Fans were much appreciated! Loved the bath! I became quite sick after arriving and was able to recoup for several days while my family explored everything, which was close by. Blinds made the bedrooms so dark - while hearing the rain outside … loved that! Only negatives were: The master bed was quite small for two tall people. There was no microwave or condiments, which would have been so handy for the higher price point. Otherwise, amazing apartment! Highly recommend. Easiest check-in I’ve ever had - wish they were all like this!

Neat and spacious apartments right on the Royal Mile, walkable from several restaurants, shops, and attractions. Having a kitchen with all the necessary appliances and cutlery, and a washer/dryer was a huge benefit! Communication was clear and detailed, and everything was set up in advance to help us have a smooth experience. Luggage storage is available on the first floor. The property is well-secured with several layers of doors with access codes. One minor nitpick is all rooms within the unit had auto-closing doors, including the living room - this was a little inconvenient when moving around the unit.

Apartment better than photos. Large sectional couch. Well stocked kitchen. Minimal noise from street pubs on street ended by 10pm. Loading zone right in front of apartment and we street parked right there as well the two days we were there. Street parking free from 6:30pm - 8am. Highly recommend without a doubt. Location right in the middle of the Royal Mile.

The apartment itself was fine and we liked the gated aspect. Check in was flawless and efficient. However, the noise level is pretty bad plus there is no air conditioning. When we were there , AC wasn’t needed, but if it’s hot I would not want to stay there. 5th floor, no air -not a good combo

The location is excellent. My only issue is there was no air conditioning. The flat was very warm and uncomfortable. No one in my family slept well as it was very hot, even at night.

The postcode and the attached map on the Expedia website is inaccurate and misleading. It shows the property being nearly opposite the Holyrood parliament buildings. It is in fact right in the heart of the Royal Mile. I wanted somewhere a bit quieter to go to at the end of the day. In fact, the apartment was directly above two pubs and opposite a fringe venue.

Overall a very happy customer.

We attended specifically for the Edinburgh Fringe and the properties location on the Royal Mile was superb for the purpose. The property is lovely and the communications could not have been better. It is harsh to be negative about the property however, on the basis of being even handed, i would say that particularly light sleepers might have struggled as, despite excellent sound proofing, some noise from the street below was inevitable particularly during the fringe. The bed was comfortable however not the best i have ever slept in. Being picky now!

The location of this property is amazing. Literal steps from the Royal Mile and a fantastic pub right next door. Rooms worked well and were clean, and the kitchen provided essentials for anything you’d need. Definitely recommend!

This was a great convenient spot. Comfortable and easy to communicate with while we were there. I would suggest grab bars in tub/shower for safety as it is a deep step in and out of shower.
