Great little apartment in the heart of New Town Edinburgh. A lot within walking distance, yet on a quiet side street. Would stay here again.

The property was warm and comfortable and plenty of space for the 2 of us. It was centrally located in the heart of Edinburgh and close to main transport options of the tram and buses.

Brilliant stay

Fantastic apartment very comfortable On first night we had a problem with no hot water or heating but I rang the maintenance number provided and someone was out within an hour and a half to sort it. Fantastic service definitely recommend

Great apartment but noisy!

Stayed 4 nights in number 1 apartment Thistle Street. The apartment is in a great location for the new town and hopping on the tram or a bus. It had everything you needed for a great stay, kitchen kitted out, sofa, table, chairs, heating. Bed was comfortable and apartment spacious. If you want a view though and from the pictures on the website you think you'll be getting a lovely view and the apartment will be bright. Not in apartment 1, ground floor which is good as no lift but living room view was just other offices and bedroom view with the balcony was the carpark. Not very private either as people can just look straight into the living area and bedroom walking passed. It is really noisy on the ground floor too, you're right next to the entrance so hear everyone coming and going, bins being emptied at stupid o'clock on the street and in the entrance hall of the building. Then you have the car park and road noise. Communication and instructions were great, we left our luggage at the office on the day of departure so that was a bonus. We would stay again but request an apartment higher up

The view from the 4th floor was beautiful with balconies on each side of the living room and kitchen. The living room/kitchen was large and comfortable. The only negative was no lift/elevator. Four floors of steps is quite a challenge several times daily and lifting luggage up and down. But it was nice and served us well. Staff was friendly, outstanding with directions and assistance.

Net, ruim en centraal gelegen appartement. Je bent zo in de oude stad en om de hoek gelegenheden om te eten of drinken, ook een supermarkt op ong 5 minuten lopen.

Looked good based on the reviews, but toilet had fecal stains that were brushed off by management when I mentioned concerns. No confirmation email was sent to me despite requesting it to the agent. Good location though.

Amazing apartments in Edinburgh

What an amazing apartment we had , it was spacious clean & so close to the centre. Perfect for everything. Could not fault it & would certainly come back & stay there again. Excellent. Perfect location for sightseeing .

Beautiful well equipped apartment. Ideal location. Very comfortable for a couple of nights. Unfortunately one rug had a stain on it that wasn’t ideal. This was reported to the office at the time they said they were aware of it but failed to remove/clean it. This wouldn’t put me off booking again though.

Perfect location & beautiful apartments

Absolutely perfect location. We were central to everything we wanted to get to & very close to bus stops and train station. Apartment was quite clean & felt very Covid safe there. We had flat 1. The living room windows looked right into the street, so grateful for the shutters to have privacy, but was awesome for people watching. The kitchen had all the plates, mugs, knife and forks etc. The mugs were very well used as had old tea/coffee marks in 2 of them. Kitchen had basic cooking tools. If you intend to whip up regular meals, bring your favourite cooking utensils. Sainsbury’s, M&S food & Tesco express close by. The bedroom was cozy and comfy & the bathroom has underfloor heating which we loved. The apartments mention a balcony & my husband being Deaf (he’s very visual due to this) had psyched himself up for having a wonderful view from this balcony as per the pictures. The view we had overlooked the back of a business property where they parked their cars & every morning when we opened the patio doors to let in some air we were greeted with a business man on his mobile phone discussing business for a few hours. It’s not a complaint, but an observation. Don’t get your hopes up unless u request a high floor apartment (which I’m not sure if you can). We did email to ask for an early check-in about 2pm. We’d already walked past the apartments and guessed which was ours. It was empty & lights off, but they still said no. (In a polite way).

Great stay ~ Destiny are great!

Great stay Well located apartment short walk from Princes Street. Comfortable apartment - number 1 - on ground floor which is probably the downside to it. Some road noise at the front of apartment and door noise from other residents. Spacious and well equipped flat - as always destiny is a good, reliable company.

Great stay but little parking issues

Great place and very clean also only a short walk to shopping streets .Downside is no parking available except outside for residents of area small bays for street parking but only short term .while we were there saw 3 cars getting parking tickets perhaps the company running here could get some permits for guests
