We had a basement room. No phone signal, occasional wifi connection. Tv signal intermittent. Room tired. Not the cleanest, large cobwebs and black mould at bottom of shower. The beds were clean and the room was nice and warm. Bus stops nearby. Handy for the zoo.

Clean room. Parking for 2 cars only. No on sight staff. Comfortable bed. Great if your not looking to be hosted. Entrance could do with a good tidy up and a clean, doesn't give the best impression when you go in. But the room itself was clean and Comfortable. I would stay here again and would recommend 👌

We showed up at the check in time and no one was there at the property. We waited and called all the different numbers associated with the property. We messaged and even left a voice message. No response and still heard nothing back. We had to go off and find another place to stay. Am going to be reaching out to whoever I can to get a full refund.

Guest house car park can park 2 cars. I didn't see the staff at all. When I checked in, it was late. My room was clean and tidy. My bathroom is separated. Not inside the room. The guest house was messy. Corridors was fill with cigarette smoke smell. Internet connection was really bad from my room.

The stay was just fine once I got the door code. I would only request better instructions for dialing management from international phones. Room was clean and had the needed items. Parking was crowded but free. Close to Enterprise car rental and airport.

The room was unique to accommodate us. It has all the facilities in the room with the exception of kitchen to warm your food. You need to have kitchen to assist those who can not afford to eat from outside. There is no food joint around which can provide different varieties of other countries. This can provide additional cost to the facility. My humble suggestion.

The property was very sad indeed, i have not been able to get hold of the owner since I left as I have mislaid the number , eventually got hold of the owners after about 15 mins using to phone numbers, the room they gave me mentioned private bathroom , which I thought would have been in my room, having to lock my door to go to use the bathroom not good enough , no lighting in the bathroom, no hot water, my room itself, the light when switched on was noisy, (could have been faulty) so had to turn it off and on all the time, garden beyond my window unkempt not looked after at all , only had to stay one night, but price is extortionate for the one night, not happy at all

My experience that was very bad there housekeeping staff was not proper clean our room the main thing towel she didn’t give washed towel in room i called for new towel 2 days and they just told me there is not staff we can’t help you three days they put hand towel for bath can you imagine how we stay there even no one there how pick phone who listen seriously i was very disappointed from the service. I will never ever go there again.

Good shower! I wish that during cleaning, the cleaner would move all the furniture to ensure everything is thoroughly cleaned. It's also close to town, so if you ever need to squeeze in a last-minute visit or errand, it would be ideal.
