This apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean and in a great location. We felt safe and secure. The extra bathroom was perfect. All the extras you supplied like dishwasher and tabs, laundry and tabs, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits were appreciated. The beds and bedding very clean and comfortable. I can't wait to come back next summer.

We had a fabulous stay, apartment 5 with it's own parking space directly behind. Peter was a wealth of knowledge when he welcomed us and showed us around. Every comfort was catered for. Great location, spacious apartment and we will definitely be back.

One of the best aparthotels we've ever stayed in the UK, modern design, clean, comfy and big rooms with all the amenities you need for a short stay, Tesco express just 100m away, located in a nice area of Edinburgh with a lot of lively restaurants and bars and close to the centre, if you are lucky and arrive during the weekend you may find (free) parking space in nearby streets, we were a family of four and got apartment 3 with 2 double rooms, it wasn't cheap but was worth every penny - 5 star experience!

Great stay!

A very nice apartment in a great neighbourhood. Lot’s of restaurants nearby. Easy to walk to. Great staff who answer all the questions super quickly. Apartment itself was great and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and extra points for the warm and cosy blanket. Great water pressure in the shower. However, it is on the ground floor, so there is not much natural light. You could hear the footsteps from the apartment above, but that did not bother us too much. If you are a very light sleeper it might be bit annoying though. Overall a really nice stay and would recommend!

Great location!

The location was excellent and the apartment was very comfortable and spacious. There is a Tesco just down the road, which was great for any supplies. We were in Apartment 5, which was below Apartment 4. There was a lot of noise from the unit above, walking noises were very easily heard. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Lovely apartment, quiet location on a side street. Great neighborhood with everything very walkable, even with a toddler and stroller. Note that the property is below street level so your have to enter via two flights of stairs. Our apartment had windows onto courtyards in front and back, but it did not get much natural light. Didn't bother us, we slept very well and enjoyed the comfortable living room. Communication and responsiveness from apartment management was excellent.

This place is awesome and Peter did a fantastic job getting us settled. If you want a great place close to most everything one could want to see, look no further. The beds were top notch, showers were excellent. A Tesco shop is literally across the street for groceries. If a tenant is looking to cook a bunch, the pots/pans are sufficient for small meals. We had 4 people and it took me a bit of shuffling but made it work. I will, most assuredly, look to book again. Top notch all around. Thanks, Peter for the superb hospitality

We were pleasantly surprised how lovely the property was. We saw the photos but not sure which would be the apartment we would have. We staying in apartment 2, one bedroom apartment located in the basement. Albeit in the basement of the property, this was no issue. The property layout was ideal with a great feel. Decor was very good and fully equipped for short or longer stays. The property had all the needs to cook full dinners with full size fridge freezer, dishwasher so no need to wash up. The property even had a washing machine which was an added surprise. The property had a small shared courtyard from the property only for the basement level. This was decorated to enhance the area which was a lovely touch. Overall the stay was lovely. The communication was great and we would highly recommend.
