"It was a very quick overnight stay but so glad we found this lovely place. Perfect in every way. Will be back for an extended stay now we know. The lovely young gentleman who checked us in T the bar last night was so helpful and gave us all the information we needed. Thank you so much"

Corridor lit very dim a bit creepy for ladies on their own. Price of drinks in bar were extortionate. Lots of cameras in bar ceiling I counted 9 at least. "Nice decor in the hotel. Breakfast was good - lots of choice and fresh. The staff were helpfully and friendly. Nice rooms. Good air con. Efficient cleaning / new towels etc. would recommend."

"75 minutes to check in, and the gym consists of 4 pieces of equipment, all of which are broken (bike, cross trainer, treadmill and rower all broken in someway so unusable)"

"Having stayed a few times over the years we knew what to expect . As usual all the staff were helpful and cheerful. However we stayed in room 6 overnight on a very hot day and night so the room was very uncomfortably hot and made sleeping a problem. We did notice there was an air conditioning unit in the ceiling which was not operating and there was no way to control it. Very disappointing, it would have made a big difference on such a hot night. Nevertheless we look forward to our next stay,...

"The entire complex was immaculately clean and fresh. The staff were welcoming on arrival and during our stay. The facilities are exceptional as was the breakfast, more than adequate and food quality was superb. The only (very) minor negatives are: The car park is not clearly displayed as being for patrons of the hotel leading to some confusion on arrival.
