Clean room. The beds were soft. I was pleasantly surprised by the hard floor in the room. Breakfast lady rushed us out cuz it was 10 but she still had more to do and I was feeding my baby.

The front desk girl was all by herself at a very busy time. 6pm. She was carrying a huge stack of towels while there was a lineup at the check in desk. Everyone waiting was annoyed.
