"Good service!"

"The front desk ladies not all but some are very rude. And that's what really bothers me about that hotel. I came in to find out that my room that I booked and paid for was giving out to somebody else. Then the lady didn't want to give me a room at all and I had to do the searching on my phone to find out that there was other rooms available. So I asked you know for a bigger room as I ordered a king suite, and I seen that there was a kitchenette available so I asked for it. She wasn't happy about it but I was put in there. I understand stuff happens but you shouldn't be giving out rooms that have already been paid for When I finally got into the kitchenette room I was very surprised on how nice it was and how much space there was so thank you for that. It was a great couple days it's kind of felt like home. Parking is great you just got come back a little bit earlier so you can get a good parking spot aa sometimes it can be full. But all together it's a nice hotel if you're staying for a couple days if you got to go see the doctor or you're there for an Oiler game or an Elks game it's a great place to stay."

"The room(s) were really nice. We had 2 queen beds and 3 bathrooms. Overall, the hotel was very quiet. It was a comfortable bed, good amenities (no body cream in the bathrooms though), a good breakfast and the staff were terrific. We had issues with the tv's, which didn't work properly and both heating/air units which the last guests had played with, so we had maintenance visit us a couple of times. They were there quickly, were efficient and resolved the problem. This hotel is right beside the West Edmonton mall. It would be a perfect place to stay if you were staying a few nights with the kitchen amenities in the room."

"Check in was a breeze, room was comfortable and quiet. They seemed a little unorganized for breakfast in the morning. There wasn't enough coffee and they ran out of items. They were replenished, but we had to mention it. Hotel perfectly situated for airport run."

"Adult hour in the pool would be splendid. Maybe 9-10pm?? So paying parents can enjoy a nice hot tub before bed. It was so packed, there was no room. And if a space opened, not worth it with how loud it would be with all the screaming kids. -Be mindful of the room Doors. Some have no spring system and slam shut so hard and loud, it scares you & your kids every time, -If there are 4 guests booked into a room, why not leave 4 towels vs 2? Just a thought. -Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap..,if you can!!! Smallest shampoo and conditioner bottles I’ve ever seen. There was just One hand soap that would not produce soaps. No body wash or extra bar of soap for such. -Tv shut off every 5-60 mins all night long. Forget to tell the staff, Didn’t feel like getting out of bed to call or go downstairs either, -smoking occurs outside front door. Even though there are “no smoking” signs. -2 out of the 4 games in the arcade room don’t work. -Pool, hottub and waterslide can be fun when it’s not too busy. Hottub jets were broken. Not awesome with so many humans filtering thru. Waterslide stairs were rather sketch. 😬 Must be safe if they are still there though. -Card wouldn’t work in room door more then once. Had to go back down to get another. Even though I would hold it out in front of me to prevent it from interference. Haha. Be careful with that. -Was nice to see the manger walking around the last day though."

"The hotel itself was fine as were the staff, however the “tourism fee” came as an unwelcome surprise. It is unfortunate that the property is pursuing the increasing practice of “junk fees” to increase their profit margin."
