"I have stayed at multiple hotels in the area while visiting family and this is by far the best! Clean, safe area, easy freeway access, breakfast every morning, indoor pool, 24 hour convenience shop. The staff is amazing and super responsive to any requests. Housekeeping even tucked my son’s stuffie into the covers which made him so happy! "

"Clean and a beautiful view. But be prepared that if you have a downstairs room you will hear lots of clomping above you. Disappointing that the restaurant was closed as that was why we wanted to stay there. Overall nice but a tired room"

"Overall, our experience was great and we truly enjoyed our stay. However, there was one incident on our last day that I felt needed to be shared. During breakfast, one male staff member (appeared to be around 58–63 years old) seemed visibly unhappy and was handling dishes in a rough manner. There were several instances of loud banging and abrupt movements while arranging plates, which drew attention and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. "Food was great in the breakfast and dining room. Rooms are VERY spacious and lovely--couch isn't terribly comfortable but it was so nice to have one. Only issues were with the on site laundry (neither dryer was working) and there were no vending machines on wither floors 3 or 4 where my family was. (I wanted bottled water at night). Service was friendly and quick otherwise, and the location is fantastic. "

"Hi the place was nice and convenient to visiting SLO. There was even a shuttle nearby. The only issue was our room was next to the pool and the outside lights are bright and on all night, so the room was pretty light - even with the shade drawn. Bring a eye mask!"

The staff was wonderful, polite, and helpful. The view is EVERYTHING! It’s peaceful and inviting for solo, couples, and even family. The rooms are really spacious. I can’t wait to go back."
