"Very close to water , nice location and great staff! Some rooms are smaller for 3-4 people. Make sure ask for bigger size rooms if you have more than two in your party."

"Forgive me if I am wrong on this, but I think I read somewhere that there is always coffee and tea in the lobby. The lobby, however, isn't always open. On the flip side, the staff was VERY responsive when I locked myself out of my room. Even though I awoke the staff person, they made a new entry card, and gave it to me with a smile!"

"Staff of ONE… checked in at about 9pm. Checked out at about 9am same guy at front desk. He also questioned me about my ID and credit card “ is this really you..?” Rude."

"A room with a rat!!! This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. Everything was kind of sad and run down. Staff did not make the slightest effort. The cherry on the pie was a treat my son found in his room. When we complained and asked for another room they just handed over the key to a new room without apologizing. The did not seem surprised at all. I guess it is not their first rat. Stay somewhere else!!!"

"This was my 4th time staying here and have never had any issues. This was the first time I’ve noticed the floor was not mopped in the bathroom and bedroom. There were visible dirt stains all over. I love staying here but I just wished they could at least do a quick pass over with a mop."
