He just said to go straight to the boxes on the right of the building to get our key, and told us to put in a passcode but didnt twll us which box to use it one so we tried a bunch of different ones. We were so confused and ended up having to knock on the door to ask him which box and pass code we needed to use. Won't stay here again."
