When we reached out to reschedule or gain a credit, we were given the runaround, and eventually, they stopped responding to our request. Disappointing, as we would have loved to have stayed there in the future when we visit family. "

"One of the better stays in Vail we've had in awhile. Room was solid & clean. Hotel was quiet. Staff was helpful. Great restaurants within the hotel and there was always entertainment/live music in the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back. "
