"Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. The gentlemen at the front desk was very professional and friendly at check in. Our dbl queen room was comfortable for my son & I - good size & good amenities including coffee maker, frig, and microwave. All in used but decent condition. Bathroom was nice - I liked the lemon scented body wash, lotion, etc. The biggest surprise was the quality of the breakfast (which was included). Didn't get a chance to use any other amenities. "There were multiple hot tubs, rooms were clean with a good view, and staff were very friendly. The parking was close by. The only thing that was a little awkward was there were stairs involved getting to my room. There’s elevators in the place, but when going further down the highway, it involves stairs."

"room was big cean stylish, and bed was very comfortable.
Two problems: Advertised breakfast was abruptly cancelled in the morning after telling us it was available the night before. Parking fee was increased in the morning after quoting us a lower price the night before. Front desk person gave a barely perfunctory apology with not even a tiny comp for either problem. The lack of breakfast made us nearly late for an appointment adding stress and the expense of breakfast in a pricey town"

"We were only here for one night while we were driving to California, but I wish we could have stayed here for a week. A terrific room in a very hospitable hotel with a great restaurant and lots of nice amenities—and a gorgeous view from our room. If you're lucky enough to go to Vail, this is an excellent choice for a place to stay."

"Stayed two nights. It was an ok location, close to the highway. Bedrooms were designed weird. The TV was in a weird spot made it hard to watch for both beds, the one bed was pushed up against the wall made it difficult for my two daughters who are 22 & 17 to get in and out."
