"The staff at this place are extremely unprofessional. I forgot my wallet in the hotel safe, called two days later and was told that housekeeping said the safe was open and empty. Asked for manager to call me. Manager called and said they discovered that security had it (two days later still hadn't turned it in!). They said they would mail it to me. I had to pay UPS $30 for shipping, and a week later they still had not shipped it. They asked me to pay an additional $10 for UPS to come pick it...

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay and will definitely be returning to the Westin! "

"Another great stay with Pines Lodge, will visit again if we are in the area. Cozy room and lobby, and really enjoyed the water machine in the lobby as well as the coffee every morning in our hallway. Enjoyed the hot tub and heated boot racks as well! Only complaint is the ski out was completely icy and difficult to navigate in ski boots- it felt like an accident waiting to happen!"

"The room was nice enough -could use some updating. What I really liked was that lights & TV were on when I entered the room making it feel welcoming. Had trouble with the room keys requiring a trip to the front desk each day. Front desk staff were always cheerful and helpful. "

"Strong marijuana smell in bathroom, two nights in a row. My wife is allergic to the smell. Turned on exhaust and main room fan and it went away. Not impressed"

"There was a problem with the toilet in our room, we were moved to a different room and everything was ok until the next morning when a member of management came to our room at 9am pretty much demanding we leave the room, we told her we will be leaving at 11 as it was stated in our reservation, she asked if will be staying another night, to what I said we will be leaving at 11. Such rude people should not be in customer service. Other than that, the room was very clean."
