"The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Modern and with all the usual amenities. The breakfast was good. Plenty options. The water didn't get very hot in the shower though. The lobby from time to time would be a bit dirty as leaves and bits of paper would be on the floor. I guess they could up the anty relative to housekeeping during the day. But it was close to the train and shopping center right across the street. They were restaurants and convenience...

"This hotel is lovely. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful, the rooms are beautifully appointed and close enough to Amstel station to be able to get anywhere in the city whenever needed but far enough to avoid crowds and tourists. I’d definitely use this property again."

"From the moment we checked into the hotel the staff couldn’t have done enough for us. From little touches in the room, to the customer service was excellent. We stayed in the family room (bunk bed) and our kids loved it, it was like having separate rooms. The room was very comfortable and clean and was susprised how spacious it was. Ideal for family city break. Facilities to make tea and coffee which always helps. Nice coffee shop across the street- bit pricey and grocery store handy for those...

We had a dinner reservation at the restaurant that wowed us on arrival but left very disappointed after the meal. Menu was disappointing and overpriced. Need to hire a new chef and less more attentive staff. "
