"Nothing stood out as good. I was initially in room 3. There was not even a coat hook. I had nowhere to hang my shirts. There was also no bedside lamp and no lightswitch within reach of the bed. The shower had no bracket so was not self supporting. When I complained about this they did relocate me to Room 2 which had a functioning shower and did have a hanging rail. In both rooms, the amount of noise from the plumbing was very intrusive. I was woken at 4am by the very loud sounds of...

"SCAMMED we felt totally scammed. If your thinking of Booking this place Please read all the poor reviews in relation to this property, they are all accurate. Its NOT A HOTEL, Its a house in what looks like council estate. Its a 4 bedroom house that this man let's out with a several Booking platforms with a listing that is totally inaccurate. Like many have said, pool and gym pictures do not exist at the property, they are in a leisure centre down the road. We booked a family room that was...

"Initially, the manager of this guest house was helpful and offered to set up the beds as two singles instead of a double, which was better for us. We had to pay £10 extra to check in 1pm instead of 3pm, but at least that helped with our plans for the day. Unfortunately, during the stay we encountered a number of issues, the most serious being that we appear to have been bitten by bed bugs. Further issues included a strong mouldy smell in the whole accommodation (it was hard to let fresh air in...

"Nice, old classy place, well kept with up to date furniture and a mini frig stocked with free snacks and drinks, but the advertised free self-parking is only in the street, which fills up quickly. They have a small front yard where a few vehicles can park after checking in for a cost of ten (10) British pounds."

"Rooms are old and have been lived. A lot of rust, broken furniture, bathrooms need a remodel. Hot water yes, very hot, cold water was hard to get as the shower was stuck on hot, almost burned myself. All in all heavily lived. Shops are close, free parking for up to 3 cars. Full kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer. But again heavily lived. Free WiFi. Beds are not that great. Good for a night or two maximum."

"Not anything close to what's advertised. Very poor. You get a room and shared amenities. Place can be noisy because of other guests in the house. We had no hot water on the last day."

"First, the good: the staff was extremely helpful. Due to some internet issues and a delayed flight, completing the booking proved extremely difficult, but the staff was extremely patient, understanding and accommodating. Another plus is its proximity to Heathrow, I was able to get there in a few short minutes. Now, the not-so-good: the room did not look as advertised. It was sorely in need of updating. The bed was comfortable enough and warm but small. While I appreciated the private bathroom,...

"Was clean and very very handy for T5. Price was good too."

"Very close to Heathrow Airport and incredibly affordable. However the price speaks for itself. The open plan kitchen was nice to cook food in. There was lots of signs of wear and tear throughout the property."

"The room was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated."

"They promote as hotel but is an apartment with share common areas! They ask for extra money as deposit. Nobody at location (all by whatsapp)."

"Worked well, cheapest place by far in the area and room was quite nice. Staff were very friendly"

"Helpful person to help with self check in."

"Very friendly staff"
