"We had a great experience. The front desk staff (not located on site of our unit) were very helpful. We couldn't figure out the AC, which was very cold, and they helped us identify how to adjust the unit. Parking was convenient and a very fast walk down to the beach made it great."

"The resort is beautiful! We had oceanfront views with a balcony! Within walking distance to local restaurants. Sloppy Joes Restaurant was good but very overpriced. Will definitely stay here again and hopefully hot tub will be working."

"The room was well cleaned and maintained. The staff was fabulous and very helpful. My experience in the restaurant and bakery was wonderful; staff friendly and attentive, food was very good and did not disappoint. If I had to pick one negative thing it would be the smoking on the porch close to the door which floated into the building. I am not a smoker and the smell gives me a headache and makes me feel sick so sitting at the table closest to the door was uncomfortable and interfered with my enjoying the wonderful food that night. With that said I would stay there again because the smoking on the porch was the only thing I had a real problem with."
Barefoot Beach Club

"The room and pool were fine. The big downside was lack of elevator service, despite it being advertised with the property. We actually chose Barefoot Beach Club over others because of the availability of an elevator. Because of our ages and my husband's recent surgeries, climbing to a third floor room several times a day was difficult. We were assured at check in that it would be repaired that day. Five days later, still no elevator. No adjustment in rate was offered."

"The room was a suite! Could have lived there for a week or more. Great location to walk around, restaurants, Tropicana Field, etc. Well worth the price."
