Great hotel, underground parking and nice breakfast

Excellent hotel and very comfortable in the old town. Rooms were on the smaller side but this is to be expected given the location.

For the budget end of the Holiday Inn range this is an excellent hotel. Good location for the Hirschgarten park and Backstage concert venue. Easy to access via Sbahn, Ubahn and bus. What did confuse me at first was the 1st floor, which i was on is DOWN from reception. Will be looking at again in the future

Very nice hotel, feels very modern and new. Location is amazing, about 15 mins from the city centre on the tram which is right outside the hotel. It has great amenities and restaurants around it too. We were upgraded for free which was a really nice surprise. Parking is relatively expensive at 30 euros a day but you are in Munich and there are free alternatives around it if you have the time and patience to find them. If we ever stay in Munich again we will not look anywhere else but to stay at...

Stopped here because of its proximity to the Olympic park and a concert we were going to there; and it was an excellent choice. We went on to spend 2 weeks touring Austria, Switzerland and Italy; and this was easily the best hotel we stayed in. Pretty sure the band we went to see stopped here too :-) The room was modern, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was superb with a great choice of hot and cold items. Staff very helpful, really enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel in the sense of room standard, comfy bed, good housekeeping and great breakfast. 5/7 mins from Munich Hbf and 15 min stroll to Old Town. Surrounding area is not great albeit not unsafe, so options at night near the hotel as limited, but if you want to use as a base for venturing outside Munich (used train for days in Nurmburg and Salzburg) then hard to fault in the round. If i was travelling back to Munich i would have no hesitation about staying here again.

We were happy to spend our evenings in the hotel bar. Well situated - within walking distance or short taxi ride of town centre, and in a lovely quiet area. Would definitely stay there again and have recommended it to friends. Staff were extremely helpful and polite.

The hotel is amazing as are all the staff that work there. We had zero issues whilst staying at the hotel. The rooms are kept very tidy and cleaned to perfection. The overall tidiness of the hotel is also incredible, absolutely spotless. The rooftop terrace has some amazing views which can be paired with a cold beverage on a hot summers day with the staff on hand to check on you and promptly take empties away. I've stayed here before and booked again for a reason. Tha staff are brilliant and the general atmosphere of the hotel miss fantastic, the spa is another level and I've not seen better.
