"Very close to the airport but no shuttle. Coffee is in lobby for a fee and you are no where close to get some. Biggest downside was you cannot open the windows and if there was a fire they are way to thick to break the glass. No I do not recommend."

Christina at the front desk helped us get the train to Dachau and rent an umbrella for 3 euros. The dining experience was surprisingly delicious and plentiful! Varied menu and friendly wait staff. "The location was great and room was comfortable. Not a luxurious stay if you’re used to that. Staff was nice and breakfast was great. They accommodated laundry service for us. My only complaint was that the hair dyer didn’t work and when I told them, they didn’t have one to replace it with. Had to air dry my hair. Overall, we would stay again."

"The concierge is never available. Never on time when we are told they start. Very limited hours and support for a hotel of this stature. Also, i had them ship a package for me. That took over a month to get done. No follow up. This is the same hotel that when Covid started and I wasn’t allowed top fly into Munich Germany they refused to reimburse me. Kept my money and never offered a credit of any kind. Finally. Try and reach them. Very difficult via phone.."

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great and convenient to start our day. The hotel is also walking distance to Old Town and amazing food. I would stay here again when in Munich."

It’s centrally located in Old Town where it’s within walking distance to major attractions and transit lines. My room was spacious, clean, and had different amenities. Quiet and clean (spotless) rooms, and great location: parking can be either be done in the hotel garage or (freely) on the street, albeit it could be difficult at times. U-bahn (subway) station 10 or so minutes away, to reach Munich center in 15-20'."
