"Overall the service was lackluster. I had an issue with my key not working and I was told to “pull-push” the door fast to get the key to work properly! The lobby was clean and well maintained but the elevator was slow. There were stains on the curtains and comforter. Bathroom also had a sewage smell upon my arrival."

"When we arrived and checked in, we were told that we would need to pay $20 to park our car in the hotel parking lot. I feel that is ridiculous , how else could we stay there?? And then on top of that another $20 feet for “incidentals”, and if we don’t damage to the room we would get $15 back.
Also, the bathroom toilet is set so low, it was difficult to use.
This was very disappointing. I won’t use Courtyard Marriot again."

"The room was spotless, and breakfast was the same every day. The bathroom was compact, but the shower was fantastic! However, the water temperature was scorching hot, and there was no cold water. We arrived late at night and only wanted a quick shower before heading to bed. Despite being next to the metro, the hotel was eerily quiet at night. Parking was expensive, costing $40 per night. "The stay was ok nothing spectacular to write about, needed to UBER to downtown as I would not recommend using the local bus or walking due to safety concerns. The staff was generally nice. The TV in the room did not have all channels working, they seemed blocked, also the volume was extremely low even though it was on max volume. We did not get house keeping daily, there was no where to hang up our towels (party of 6), so we had to call to get clean towels delivered nightly."
