"The service at this place is above and beyond expectations. The staff and manager are quick to respond and make sure you have what you need. The views at night are magical. A sweater is necessary as the nights are cool. I stayed in Dome 3 with the best view in my opinion. It is quite sunny during the day, so leave the place around 9 am and return around 4 pm.
We love it, we will definitely return. To get to the domos requieres walking up steep hill, so it is not for those who have knee or back...

One thing to know is that the parking lot for the hotel is a few minutes walk from the reception, so leave your bags in the car and enjoy a lovely stroll. Staff will use a golf cart to get your bags after you check in. "

"This was a good place to stay at. The Galería mall was very close by to walk to. The house keeper were very nice at giving me fresh clean towels every day. "The room (“El Cristal”) was spacious, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom well appointed with great warm water pressured shower; the breakfast offered 4 to 5 delicious options… and the service was very courteous… the staff could be seen at the front desk and tending tables… Alejandro was particularly helpful in assuring a great stay. Note, there’s a lively discotheque nearby and can be a noise factor for some."
