"El Calafate was amazing and staying at this hotel made it great as well! Great facilities, great staff, and amazing breakfast. The staff at breakfast went out of their way to accomodate my son's dietary needs and for that I am grateful. Excellet hotel!"

"This was the most lovely hotel we have probably stayed in. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind; they arranged for an early check-in for us on short notice, provided lots of information about the El Calafate area, and arranged for a very early airport pick up for us. Highly recommend staying here!"

"I thought the room and property were quite nice, new building and beautiful. However, the expensive dinner I had tasted mass produced: frozen burger patty, air fryer fries, soufflé from a box. For the price I think it’s overvalued, I liked the view but this was too high for the quality. Service was also slow."

"Lovely room with a view of the lake. Comfortable bed, very small shower. Great pool, spa was hit and miss, sauna working, steam room shut. Good breakfast. Free shuttle into town in the evening. Helpful staff. "

"Wonderful hotel, incredible views, nice staff, great food!! The only ‘negative’ feedback was the very old TV with no English channels and really bad picture quality. 🙂"
