"Inexpensive Motel, but feels much more comfortable the an average "Motel". Very welcoming. Nearby shopping center if needed."

"The hotel and casino property is well taken care of. The staff and service was very terrible at almost every turn. The bar service at the willows pool was absolutely the worst. An hour for food, took the bar tender 1.5 hours to make 2 margaritas. Came back multiple times to check on them. The Ginger Noodle was an almost 2 hour wait from bringing to getting food to go. Food sat on the counter under no heat lamp. Dinner with friends at Long baron (party of 11) we got our dinner before I was served...

"The stay was great"

"Best place we've ever stayed? Nope. Not in the top 20%. Perfectly fine? Yep. A word of caution..it is rural. There are NO amenities nearby."

"I like to cook & prepare breakfast of eggs. I bring my own 8" egg pan, good sharp knives for cutting or chopping. Everything else is provided. Stacked W/D each took about an hr no matter what setting you set. Staff is excellent & I love texting options with housekeeping. Everything you need within 10-15 min."

"First the good: it is inexpensive, and the staff are extremely friendly. That's all. We had a reservation for 3 nights amd just left after the first one. The rooms are in terrible condition, and do not at all look like the pictures online. The sheets were covered in someone's hair. The furniture was all broken or missing parts. There's a new kitchenette with stove, but no pans. The shower head sprayed more water out the back than the actual spout so we couldn't bathe, which was the last...

"The desk staff was friendly, the manager not so much. The bed smelled of pot smoke and the manager seemed amused by that and unconcerned and said they had no pillows that we could exchange our stinky ones for. The building itself is in very bad shape. So, unpleasant but it kept us off the streets. It was nice to check out and drive away."

"Parking could be difficult, but generally there was at least nearby street parking if there wasnt any spots available in the lot. The place was clean, the AC worked great, and the showers were nice. Overall a great spot to stay at."

"This is my second time staying at this beautiful property. I love the Tranquility room, it is spacious, comfortable and on the first level, with direct access to the great deck overlooking their great views. We love that is pet friendly, their kitchen is very well stocked with them providing coffee, creamer, eggs and toast (for you to make, there is no staff at property) for guest use. My biggest and only complaint is the a/c unit, they have an old school window unit and sure wish they would...

"The hotel in general is so accommodating. We asked if we could check in early, provided that it is avaible, we were able to and that is a big help for us. The staff, Jessie and Luis and there's another female, I forgot to ask the name, are very welcoming! Although we are San Diegans, living about an hour away from the city, we found a place to stay whenever we need one. We'll come back whenever there's a need to stay overnight. The laundry and fitness room are a big +. -N Family"
