"Inside was fairly clean. The outside could use a power spray cleaning at least every week from the smell of urine.
Luggage Staff was extremely helpful. Check-in Staff that helped me could be more friendly to encourage customers to come back.
Overall stay was okay to good."

"As with most hotels in San Francisco – I presume – there were lots of hidden fees to work out. That aside, the hotel is very nice, with a nice happening feel and lots to do in the lobby, making it a great place to hang out.The location of the hotel is ideal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return and stay there next time."
