Staff was extremely helpful when we got there: they met us at the main road and walked us through the alleys to the Riad, then before we left to get food Marwane gave us some very helpful advice about typical things to look out for on the streets like tourist traps and scams that we didn't see in other cities. "Riad Fes Ziyat is a great place to stay for a visit to Fez. It’s located within the old city and is walking distance to all the places one would go for sightseeing. It’s quite close to one of the city gates so can drop off is easy. The staff is amazing and are very friendly and helpful. The place itself has very cool decor and everything is in great condition. The food is very good, as well. I would highly recommend this place for a trip to Fez."
