"Well place was far from Barcelona and it cost 25 euros one way to to go to town so it’s not worth it , it took three tries to get a hold of the the front desk . We asked to adjust the room temperature since it’s not possible for you to do , they said they will and never did ,asked for Kleenex and they never brought it to the room .room service menu is limited and they don’t answer the call anyway .nothing in that town that’s worth it .over all the stay was not enjoyable I wouldn’t recommend"

The hotel itself was acceptable overall, but we experienced some issues during our stay. The room and surrounding area could be noisy at times, which affected our rest, especially at night. We were also disappointed by some unexpected additional charges during the stay, which were not clearly explained in advance. Greater transparency regarding extra fees would improve the guest experience. On the positive side, the staff were generally fine and the location may work for travelers looking for a quieter coastal stay instead of being directly in Barcelona city center. Overall, this hotel may suit guests who prefer staying outside the busy city, but visitors should be prepared for commuting time, possible noise, and additional charges. "

"When I asked about the city, Barcellona, for example, restaurent?, flamenco dance show?, bus lines, subway lines, they told me that did not know nothing about the city."

"Do me a favour and go somewhere else, completely disaster. I think they need to call for pest control , everywhere insects , fungus and mould on the wall. Walls very thin , you can hear everything also your neighbours snoring , go somewhere else not worth it your money. Thank you "

"Loved the place surroundings and the SPA, the staff was great, so friendly. A magical experience. The room is ok, it was cold and the AC was not working great so they have to send a heater. Check the pillows, one is super hard and big and the others made of feathers and I’m allergic. But overall great stay. Thank you"
