"Clean n comfortable. I didn’t use it, but it had a full kitchen. Plenty of AC. The neighborhood is noisy on weekend nights (next to bars) but they have earplugs (and I am a heavy sleeper)"

"This place is really comfortable and nice. The units feel like home as you walk in and the furniture looks and felt great. That bed was comfortable as heck, seriously a great nights sleep both nights and the pillow variety was killer. The area around had plenty to offer, and there was food around. I was able to DoorDash a lot of good stuff within a few minutes. The only thing keeping it from being a 5 was the key fob issues. I love the almost automated setup this place had but it required...

"I loved staying here. It was beautiful, peaceful, very clean and very accessible to downtown Phoenix. The only thing I have to say is when the booking is sent to you, it should be a little bit more informative about your parking spot and which way to go and get into the building. That's the only input I have otherwise. Like I said, absolutely wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend it and I definitely will be staying again.!"

"It was excellent. Very quiet. Nice area. Only issue was on the app it says it’s at 9 W Turney. It is actually at 20st and Turney. And the internet was never available. I wanted to extend but they were totally booked up."

"Check-in process was a complete invasion of privacy. Their required invasion process was not disclosed to me when I booked. They offered no work around and refused to refund my money. This is a complete scam and fraud that was perpetrated on me. You will hear more from me on this crime. "

"The room did not match the booking photos. The common courtyard area was nice and clean hammocks, nice large grills, tables and chairs corn hole. The grill didn’t have propane and corn hole no bags. Kitchen is well stocked with what u need, the bed was a rock, I have no idea what that was, it could not have been a mattress. The phone support was good. Could be more than 1 32 inch tv in the entire unit. "
