Apartemen di El Paso County

"Great stay for the price! Sofa was uncomfortable and the beds were stiff but can’t complain for the price! Host was very nice!! Offered a full kitchen, coffee, laundry, and a great balcony! Location was easy to find!"

"No response for request for keys, never received request for info email; immediaye voice mail with no call back. HAD TO GET A ROOM ELSEWHERE. Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in."

"Clean and organized love it !"

"Such an amazing experience we don't want to leave!"

"We had issue the day we were checking in. Communication with property host was horrible. Management got upset that I contacted Expedia for help with check in since they were ghosting us and giving wrong information. We paid a cleaning fee and the apartment was NOT clean. There was major crumbs in couch and living room area. There were stains all over pillows on couch. Someone’s used hair ties were on the bathroom door knob. Kitchen knives were dirty. The beds were full of hair in the sheets....

"This was perfect for your 6 person family. Host communication was 5 stars. The entry keypad battery died on our trip and the host was available immediately and solved the issue in less than 10 minutes. The space itself is cozy. The loft ceiling is nice. I will mention there are stairs to any bedroom. No beds on ground floor. (My grandma has limited mobility- I should have looked closer at the listing.) All in all. We LOVED it here. Very close proximity to downtown shops/local hikes."
