"Front desk staff Alena was super helpful! The staff cooking the omelettes and the staff managing breakfast were wonderful. Roomkeepers were efficient. The biggest issues were baby squeals echoing from the center gathering space until late and late night door slams from neighbors, and that is a design issue. The staff was fantastic."

"There was a fire alarm on Wednesday evening. Which was a false alarm. I had to take my dog out at 12:30 am and I couldn’t get back into my room with the card reader. Front desk made me new cards and they didn’t work. She had to use a machine to get me in my door. Carpets are stained and bathroom tile is nasty. Never stay there again."
